SAAWARIYA IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED, since its inception, has become one of the leading players to market affordable mobile phones in India under the brand “MAFE”. Mafe has already sold more than 2.5 million handsets to Indian customers. Serving customers and giving them utmost value for their money has been the main aim. The market growth of Mafe mobile phones is currently more than 40 per cent to 50 per cent per annum (CAGR).
We work in conjunction with the recent Indian Government policies of digitalization and Make In India projects. Our manufacturing plant is established in Haryana, having Best in Class manufacturing practices. The plant has a production capacity of around 250,000 units per Month. Mafe handsets pass through stringent processes for quality check, robustness of hardware, software, accessories and user interface. We have an integrated research and development unit working continuously for the establishment of high quality standards and striving to innovate every process.
Our organization comprises of more than 250 Telecom professionals. Together with their contributions, we have strengthened our Supply and Distribution channels and increased our market presence all over India. Today, we have over 400 distributors and more than 14000 retail points all across the country. We promote healthy competition and increased customer satisfaction by improving on our products on a regular basis.
We take pride in our after sales services. We have over 650 service centers, which are well equipped and support all types of grievances. In case of urgency the Mafe Authorized Service Center may also provide a temporary phone so that the customer faces no inconvenience. We abide by our words and ensure to improve on all the services provided.
