Electronics Engineer having professional experience of 26+ years. Works with many reputed National & MNCs. He is pioneer member to start Mobile Manufacturing in India in 2005. He has many success stories of his professional career. He has expertise in setting up manufacturing plants, streamline operations, product development, Technology transfer and development & implementation of Quality Management System.


Mobile Manufacturing in India is great initiative to make India manufacturing Hub. Still we are have dependency to manufacture mobile phones in India. Big challenges are availability of raw material i.e. parts and lacking in Hardware Design & Software Developments.

Many initiatives taken by Govt of India to achieve more 65% indigenous of Mobile Handset by 2019. To achieve this target, it is important for Indian Entrepreneur to come forward to setting up facilities to manufacture and development of mobile handset parts and Accessories in India.

Saawariya Impex Pvt. Ltd. has accepted this challenging opportunity to setting up Mobile Handset Manufacturing facility as well as to start manufacturing of mobile handset parts. At SIPL, we have plan to setting up facility to manufacture Mobile Phone Accessories like Chargers, Batteries & Earphones as well as Mobile Handset Parts like PCBA, Plastic Moulding Parts, Die-cut parts and Packaging.

We have great vision to make indigenous Mobile Handsets with great features at affordable price so that a common Indian can connect himself with available technologies to enjoy his life.

In today's competitive environment there is a huge focus on timely competition of improvement projects leading to cost saving and improvement in quality, yield, productivity etc. One of the most important ingredients and catalyst for early completion is the technical skill to analyze and solve the problems by the team members ( in process as well as Six Sigma rigor)working for a Six Sigma Project.

Once the scope of work for your Six Sigma project is reasonably defined, next step is to determine who will work on project with GB/BB Leader. We know that Project Leader alone cannot complete a Six Sigma project! It takes the input of others to actually identify the root cause, determine solutions and implement them, Having the trained people work with him can reap huge rewards. Lack of right skill of analyzing and solving the problem by team members can lead to delays.

With this objective Six Sigma Team is pleased to announce the Training for all the Team members of Six Sigma Projects. Also, it was a repeated suggestion from the Project teams in the past. In this training module, focus would be on Six Sigma Overview and statistical / non statistical tools application to improve the analyzing and problem solving skills of team members.
